Take Rt. 222 south past Kutztown and Moselem Springs. After the Route 73 intersection, go 6.5 miles and follow signs for Rt. 222 South, Reading-Lancaster. Take Spring Ridge Drive exit and bear right at end of exit ramp onto Van Reed Road. Stay on Van Reed approx. 3 miles, coming to the third traffic light, the junction of Rts. 724 and 422. Turn right onto Rt. 422 and go three miles to Wernersville. Look for Phoebe Berks Village and Health Care Center uphill and to the right.

Take Rt. 76 east (PA Turnpike) to Exit 21. Proceed north on Rt. 222. Turn left onto Rt. 724 near Shillington, then left again onto Rt. 422 west. Proceed through Sinking Spring. Phoebe Berks is uphill and to the right as you enter Wernersville.
